Jack Brinsmead, is an integral part of the B.P. Wharton team and a proud member of the esteemed Brinsmead family.

Jack had a rapid education in the property industry. Having studied a bachelor’s degree in Finance at New York’s Syracuse University, Jack, on return home, secured a position in property with the distinguished Kollosche firm where he utilised his vast skill he had already been developing.

At Kollosche, Jack was a part of the Gold Coast’s leading Commercial and Development Site Sales Team, contributing to some of the largest Real Estate Sales on the Gold Coast in 2022. In two years in Real Estate, Jack achieved over $25,000,000 in property sales solely and worked on and participated in over $115,000,000 in sales. 

As the groups Development Manager, Jack brings a wealth of expertise to the table, drawing from the family’s vast legacy in law, property development, and design. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of regional markets, Jack oversees the strategic planning and execution of development projects, ensuring they align with B.P. Wharton’s commitment to excellence and innovation. Jack is responsible for the delivery of the groups projects from acquisition and concept design through to settlements, liaising directly with clients, consultants and our project partners. 

Jack has strong communication skills gained through a Diploma of Communication achieved through the Trinity College of London and is an active community volunteer and participant. He has worked with local charities including Round Square to raise funds to build schools in Cambodia, as a Rosie’s Community volunteer supporting the homeless, and as a volunteer with the Sony Camp Foundation.
