A development undertaken by the Sunland Group, in a prime Broadwater position located on the Spit, Gold Coast, Australia. This is one of Australia’s luxury hotels. This project incorporated a commercial component, a hotel with extensive facilities and private condominiums. It was successfully developed, marketed and sold and remains a landmark.
