Brooklyn on Brookes is a 15 storey residential tower incorporating bi-fold windows to all apartments to maximise all season natural ventilation and indoor / outdoor living. Designed to reflect the New York style of a number of tower vertical elements providing strong and contrasting facade details along both Ann and Brookes St and red face brick and coloured glazing at the lobby entry to complement the neighbouring heritage church buildings.
